Victron Energy Multi RS Solar 48/6000/100-450/100

Multi RS Solar 48/6000/100-450/100 is a 48V 6kVA inverter/charger with two independent 3kWp PV 450V MPPT tracking inputs for a total of 6kWp PV. Featuring high frequency technology and a new design, this powerful inverter weighs only 11 kg. In addition, it has excellent efficiency, low standby power consumption and very quiet operation. The display shows battery, inverter and solar parameters. The same parameters can be accessed with a smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device using the VictronConnect app.

Operating modes

1. Hybrid mode - stores excess solar power in the battery for use at night or during periods of high demand, supplying additional battery power when consumption exceeds the grid capacity.
2. Backup mode - switches to backup mode when the grid fails.
3. Off-grid mode - operates without grid connection in islanded mode
4. Generator mode - controls the generator to minimize its run time. Supplies additional battery power when consumption exceeds generator capacity.

Features:

PowerControl and PowerAssist - increase the capacity of the grid or generator
The PowerAssist feature takes the PowerControl principle to the next dimension. Where peak power is only required for a limited period of time, the Multi RS will compensate for insufficient generator or mains power with a battery. When the load is reduced, the available power is used to recharge the battery.

Display, Bluetooth and VictronConnect app
The display shows battery, inverter and solar power generation parameters. The same parameters can be accessed with a smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device using the VictronConnect app.

Expandable PV capacity, AC and DC
The integrated 6 kWp PV capacity can be expanded by adding solar chargers to the system. Alternatively, PV capacity can be expanded by installing PV inverters whose output power will be automatically controlled by an integrated frequency-shifted power control.

Communication Ports
VE.Can connection to GX device for system monitoring, data logging and remote firmware updates. VE.Direct connection to GlobalLink 520 for remote data monitoring.
