Mostly free, no hidden fees

Creating a PayPal account and shopping with PayPal is free except when there's a currency transfer. There are also no fees if you send your friends or family a payment in their own currency from your PayPal account balance. Other transactions may incur a fee.

If you are about to pay or have already paid via Gopay, the following information is for you.

Perfect control of your payment

After making a purchase at any merchant that uses the Gopay payment gateway, you can immediately see the current status of your payment. A confirmation email is always sent to your email address to confirm the transaction. The email contains a link to view the current status of your payment. If the merchant wishes to do so and activates the service with us, you will also receive a confirmation of the payment by SMS to your mobile phone. With Gopay, you are always absolutely sure that the payment will not go anywhere and you always have proof that you have made the payment, when exactly and in what amount.

Online card payments

Paying by card on the internet Most payments through Gopay are quick card payments. Currently, this accounts for up to 85% of all payments we process for merchants. Every paying customer automatically receives an email within seconds of payment with accurate information about the transaction. In your bank account, you will always find the specific card payment with a description that includes the text pays.cz, zakaznik.cz or the name of the merchant where you made your purchase.

Processing of your personal data - GDPR

As a payment service provider, we only process your personal data to the extent necessary to provide our services and to comply with our legal obligations. When processing personal data resWe follow the rule of proportionality, i.e. we only process personal data that is strictly necessary for the specific case of a payment transaction. The personal data processed include: email, telephone (only if you require confirmation of the transaction by SMS), first name-last name-address (only if you require us to communicate with you by regular mail), data on completed and cancelled payment transactions, ip address of the device and time of the transaction. Complaints

If something was not right and you need to make a claim, please send us the details as soon as possible after payment to reklamace@gopay.cz. We will deal with your complaint immediately.

	Czech Post Parcel to post Delivery of the parcel to the chosen post office. Czech Post parcel tracking	up to 30 kg - 115 CZK Cash on delivery surcharge +37 CZK.
	Geis Delivering a shipment to a selected address. Geis Shipment Tracking	up to 10 kg - 110 CZK up to 20 kg - 120 CZK up to 30 kg - 150 CZK up to 40 kg - 180 CZK up to 60 kg - 260 CZK Cash on delivery surcharge +29 CZK.
	Geis Point Delivery of the parcel to the selected Geis Point. Tracking Geis parcel	up to 15 kg - 110 CZK Cash on delivery extra charge +29 CZK.
	Delivery service Delivery of the parcel to the selected delivery point of the Zásilkovna. Tracking the shipment to the delivery point	up to 5 kg - 69 CZK Cash on delivery +20 CZK surcharge. For these shipments there is a weight limit of up to 5kg, the dimensions of one side of the shipment max. 70cm and the sum of the dimensions of all three sides of the shipment max. 120cm (e.g. a shipment with dimensions 50×40×30cm).
	Delivery by carrier Express delivery to your chosen address. The goods will be delivered by Geis, Czech Post or our own transport.	from 60 kg to 90 kg - 390 CZK up to 120 kg - 490 CZK up to 700 kg - 1 050 CZK For cash on delivery, surcharge +37 CZK.
