Mailroom is a service mainly focused on delivering smaller and lighter parcels.

Standard parcel dimensions:

  • Maximum parcel weight: 5 kg
  • Maximum size of one side of the parcel: 70 cm
  • Maximum sum of the dimensions of all three sides of the parcel: 120 cm (e.g. a parcel of 50 × 40 × 30 cm)
  • Minimum dimensions: 10 × 7 × 1 cm

The standard hold time at the Parcel Office is 7 days. If you know in advance that you won't be able to collect your parcel, you can extend the storage period to 21 days before the original 7-day period expires.

Can I pay for my goods at the delivery point? And how?

Yes, in addition to the standard prepayment, you can also pay by cash on delivery at the point of dispatch. The maximum price is CZK 30,000. As a rule, you can pay it both in cash and by card.

How do I pick up my parcel at the Post Office?

  1. You will be notified by e-mail when the parcel has been handed over to the delivery office for transport, with a tracking number that will enable you to track the parcel.
  2. The moment the shipment arrives at your chosen branch of Zásilkovna, you will receive the password for the shipment via SMS or email (or you can also find it in the app). If you are not able to collect the goods within 7 days, you can extend the deadline to 21 days by replying by SMS or using the Shipment Tracking app.
  3. Please use the password at the branch of the Parcel Office and the parcel will be issued to you. You can also authorise another person to collect the parcel, just give them the password, as it is the only proof of the right to the parcel. The Post Office does not ask for your ID or any other ID.

  1. When you hand over your parcel for shipment, you will receive a text message with all the necessary details, including a PIN code that is used to verify the recipient of the parcel. No ID or other identification is required.
  2. You will receive another SMS when the parcel is ready for collection at your chosen drop-off point.
  3. Please use your PIN when collecting.
