The Cyrix-ct intelligent battery interconnector controls the charging and disconnecting of the starter and service battery. If either battery reaches 13.0 V (26 V) for 10 minutes or 13.8 V (27.6 V) for 4 seconds, Cyrix-ct connects the batteries and charges both batteries simultaneously to full state. When the voltage on either battery drops below 12.8 V (25.6) for 10 minutes or 11.8 V (23.6) for 4 seconds, the batteries are disconnected from each other. This connection and disconnection works both ways. Batteries may be of different capacities, types and designs. Each battery is assumed to power its own appliances.
The Cyric-ct model is equipped with thermal protection. It will shut down in the event of high ambient temperature or excessive charging current. Once the temperature drops, the Cyrix-ct will automatically activate.

Basic wiring options can be found in the attached "Wiring diagrams" file below.
The kit includes:
1 x custom Cyrix-ct
1 x 6 metres of red cable with a cross-sectional area of 10 mm2
1 x 0.5 metres of black cable with a cross-sectional area of 10 mm2
1 x 0.2 metres of black cable with a cross-sectional area of 1.5 mm2 with an 8 mm ID hole and a 6.3 mm fastener (connecting the Cyrix-ct's output 86 and the battery)
2 x 8 mm ID eye with insulation
4 x eye with 6 mm inner hole with insulation
4 x black pull-tabs
