b) Legal basis for processing the data

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.

The storage in log files takes place to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. This is also our legitimate interest in processing the data in accordance with Article 6 (1f) GDPR. Evaluation of data for marketing purposes in this context does not take place.

(d) Retention period

The data will be deleted once the purpose for which it was collected has been achieved and is no longer needed.

In the case of data collection for the provision of the website, this is the case when you leave our website.

If the data is stored in log files, this is after a maximum of seven days. Storage beyond this is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or stolen, so that it is no longer possible to assign the calling client.

e) Objection and elimination

The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is strictly necessary for the operation of the website. For this reason, there is no possibility for users to object.
